Member of the Congregational Church of Park Manor UCC, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, the Snakes, the Assembly, and Prometheans. Loving father of Edward Collins, Roy Collins (Jerry), and Angelle Fouther (James); grandfather to Danielle and Daryn. Visitation, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 1 to 7 p.m. Funeral, Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Wake at 10 a.m. Services at 11:00 a.m. in Unity Funeral Parlors, Inc., 4114 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago.
