Roseliep, John Raymond Age 79, of Huntley died, peacefully, February 21, 2017. Visitation will be on Friday, February 24, 2017, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a service at 1:00 p.m. at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road. Inurnment will be in Diamond Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. John was born May 12, 1937 in Dubuque, Iowa the son of Donald and Florence Roseliep. He earned his BA from University of Illinois/ UICC. He served in the United States Army. In 1968 he married his wife Nancy Odette. John worked as a supervisor for Marshall Field and Co. until his retirement in 2004. John was an avid Cub Fan, he loved to listen to music and he especially enjoyed going to the Opera with his wife, Nancy. He is survived by his wife of fifty years, wife, Nancy and he was preceded in death by his parents. I will remember every morning before clocked in and when I would clocked out me and John would always talk about the cubs or have small talk. It was a pleasure working with you John and having those small moments with you John. Enjoy your new Journey with our Heavenly Father. RIP John
