Banks, Jimmy Ray 75, of Chicago passed away April 20, 2016 at MacNeal Hospital, Berwyn. He was born June 4, 1940, Harlan, KY to Forester and Marie (Brackett) Banks. On December 2, 1989 in Chicago, Jimmy married Irene Gonzalez. Survived by loving wife of 26 years, Irene Banks; stepson, Michael (Laura) Gonzalez; stepdaughter, Kim (Nick) Silvestri; step-grandchildren, Mellissa Angel Gonzalez, Michael Anthony Silvestri and Isabella Marie Silvestri; sisters, Jane Baronofski, Glennis (Danny Archer) Banks; mother-in-law, Simona Lopez; sisters-in-law, Linda Decola and Lisa (Jose) Velasquez; brother-in-law, Frank (Debra) Lopez; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Ruby Scott and Willie Jean Szklankowski; father-in-law, Louis Lopez, Sr.; brothers-in-law, Martin Baronofski and Louis Lopez, Jr. Visitation Monday, April 25, 2016, 3:00-8:00p.m. WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N.
