Abrams, Jeffrey Brian 46, beloved husband of Joan, proud and loving father of Samantha and Jonathan, dearest brother of Karen (Stew Engeman) Abrams and Richard (Linda) Abrams, cherished son of William (the late Cecilia) Abrams, wonderful uncle to many. Jeff was the Director of News operations at WBAL TV, the NBC affiliate in Baltimore, Maryland. Service Monday, 1 p.m., at B'nai Emunah, 9131 Niles Center Rd., Skokie.
