Bourke, James E. "Blue Jean", 60 years old, of Tinley Park, passed away October 7, 2016. Jim was a truly amazing and caring man, always looking to help others, and bringing joy and laughter to many! Loving father to Kevin and Micah; as well as stepfather to Leah Shields, Katie Kleber, and John Jasinski. James is also survived by his spouse, Kim; dear son of Dolores and the late John Bourke; amazing brother of Ron Bourke, the late Nancy (James) Thompson, Janet (Terry) Jones, Jean (Ed) Vaslie, and Karen (Eric) Miner. James was also so loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial visitation is planned for Friday, October 14, 2016 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at the Tinley Park VFW Post #2791, 17147 Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, IL.

i don't even know where to begin. There's just so many memories. Blue Jean was one of the 1st people I met when I moved to Tinley Park. He was so sweet. He called me and my husband "Swami" so we called him that back. He will be greatly missed by many. RIP Swami Blue Jean!
