Phelan, Harold J. "Harry" Passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Hospice House in Lecanto, FL. He was born October 7, 1925 to the late Michael and Mary Phelan. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 6863. Harry also was a past Grand Knight 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Catherine "Babe" Phelan (Puchalski); his brothers, Mike, Jim, Podge and Jack Phelan and his sister, Peg Roberson. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen and her husband, Charles Dorff; along with many relatives and friends. Funeral Monday, February 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. from Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem) to St. Blase Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian burial. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Hospice House of Citrus County of the Nature Coast, 3350 W.
