Wife for 35 years of Sgt. Major James J. Rovano, U.S. Army Retired; mother of Darr Akers, Brian (Laurie), James, and Tony (Jenny) Rovano; grandmother of Patrick Akers, Megan (Michael) Thompson, Anthony, Jacob, Nicholas and Mark Rovano; great-grandmother of Skyler, James and Joseph; daughter of the late Theresa (nee Santangelo) and Angelo DeMarcoa aunt and dear friend of many.
