I am so sorry to have just heard of Jerry's passing. Starting in 1989 he was a professional mentor to me and definitely helped me to achieve success in my career as a CPA. My sincere condolences to Brenda and the rest of Jerry's close knit family.

Jerry was a sweet man, a gentleman and
had a such class. He was quiet but listened
with a twinkle in his eye even when he didn't agree he didn't argue and accepted
others for their views.
I like him so much and will have beautiful
memories of him.
