Beloved husband of Chiyeko (Hiuga) Tsuji for 70 years; devoted father of Kenneth and Colleen (Paul Wanderski). He will also be fondly remembered by in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family on the West coast and in Canada. He was a cherished grampa to many granddogs. An avid golfer and sports fan, he especially enjoyed celebrating oshogatsu with friends and family.
