Martin, Christen Beth Christen Beth Martin passed away suddenly on July 12, 2017 in Midlothian, Illinois. Born in Chicago, Illinois, on January 10, 1972, she was the daughter of Lester and Dianne (Superczynski) Martin. She attended and graduated Kennedy High School. She is survived by her brothers, Scott (Joanna) Martin, Jeff Martin, and Kevin (Ana) Martin; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Dianne (Superczynski) Martin. Chris will be fondly remembered by her family and friends. Per Chris's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and a private memorial service for family will be held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local shelter.

Chris and I went to grammar school together for a while but unfortunately lost touch because we went to separate high schools. I was lucky to connect with her again years later on Facebook. My sincerest condolences to her family...I will always think of Christen fondly when I hear Corey Hart's "Sunglasses at Night." May she rest in peace...
