Voltolina, Carol Ann "Nana" (nee Wozniak) Age 78, Carol went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 14, 2017 in Wisconsin, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Blue Island, living in Chicago, Calumet City and Romeoville and the past three years, she lived in Wisconsin near her oldest son Frank and his family. Carol held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at a large bank in Chicago, where she retired as an executive assistant to the president. During her life, Carol attended church regularly and was a member of St. Dennis Church, Lockport. She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and playing cards. Preceded in death by her husband, Frank A. Voltolina and her parents, Joseph and Josephine (Cimoch) Wozniak. Survived by her loving sons, Frank (Susan) and Tom (Lisa) Voltolina: grandchildren, Rachel, Michelle, Rebecca, Stephanie, Jennifer and Danielle Voltolina; a brother, Robert (Bonnie) Wozniak; a sister, Helen (Harry) Howisen and an aunt, Helen Cimoch. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's name to Horizon Home Care and Hospice, P.O. Box 88828, Milwaukee, WI, 53288 or their website at HHCH.net, would be appreciated. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017, 9:15 a.m. from the O'NEIL FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 1105 E. 9th St., (159th St.), Lockport to Our Mother of Good Councel Church, Homer Glen. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
