Not sure what to say?

One of The "FUNKIEST KEYBOARDIST THAT EVER LIVED!!" When you look up the term "Funk" in Webster's dictionary, you'll see a picture of Bernie Worrell!

I wish I had a chance to meet and talk with you. My father and grandfather were also musically inclined. You and your music will never be forgotten

A musical genius, who found my brother Tyrone Lampkin back in the late 60's early 70's. Who then became drummer for parliament -funkadelic. Of course he was the best drummer they ever had!. Bernie Worrell use to attend Hartford School of Music. He visited our home in Connecticut several times, had dinner and brought his lovely wife Judy over one time. We Loved Bernie and his love for music. My mother is a gospel singer, she, Tyrone and Bernie use to share some Gospel tunes. My Brother is gone...

He will be surely missed

"Bernie, I am sure you are making sweet music with the Heavenly Angels. Thank you for sharing your love of music to the world. I have been a true Funkateer since the beginning. Rest in Heaven my brother.
