Thomas Clinton Mullins III, son of Margaret Rathje Frank and Thomas Clinton Mullins, Jr., was born in Chicago, IL on May 7, 1959 and was raised in Winnetka, IL. After graduating from Deerfield Academy, Deerfield MA, Clint attended Purdue University, Beloit College and graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master's Degree in Science. Clint initially worked as a volcanologist for the United States Geological Survey at Mt. Saint Helens. In 1986, Clint relocated to Fort Worth to pursue his life long passion as a geologist in the field of oil and gas. Clint worked as a geologist in Fort Worth for almost 25 years, much of that time as a partner with Fred Reynolds and Associates. Clint gave generously of his time and served on the boards of the Ronald MacDonald House, Historic Fort Worth, and the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation. By far though, he found his greatest happiness as a father and husband. In 1992, Clint married the love of his life, Denise Chupp. In August 1995, Kirstin Kathryn Mullins was born and in October 1998 Thomas Clinton Mullins IV was born. For Clint, nothing was more important than his family, and he never missed an opportunity to be a part of his children's lives. Clint treasured every moment that he spent with his family and his dear friends. The happiest times of his life were when he was with his family and friends at their home in Guana Cay, Bahamas - a little beach house called "Nowhere". Survivors: his wife of 20 years, Denise; children, Kirstin and Thomas; sisters, Annie Mullins, Kathryn Mullins and Susie Mullins; many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
