Schwab, Hank R. Age 98, Holocaust survivor, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2013. Loving father of Steven (Nancy) and Richard (Diane) and their sister Melinda Metzger (the late Alan Goldberg); Proud grandfather of Stephanie (Adam), Michael (Alison), Sarah (Jesse), Daniel, Jay (Alexa), Annie, Jenifer and Emma; Great grandfather of Sarah, Benjamin, Phoebe, Gabriel, Aaron and Audrey; Dear brother of the late Fred Schwab (Marianne) and the late Lee Levi. He also leaves behind his cherished companion, Yvonne Pugh; former wife Trudy Metzger and her extended family, and adoring nieces, Susan Crouch and Madeleine Gerrish, and kind nephew, Les Schwab and their families and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd, at 11:00 am at KAM Isaiah Israel Congregation, 1100 E. Hyde Park Blvd, Chicago, followed by a private burial.
