Castellarin, Peter S. Age 89, late of Burnham, IL, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Margaret M. Castellarin (nee Gorman); proud father of Peter F. (Michelle), William (Deborah), Mary, Thomas, Anne, John (Sheri); dearest grandfather of Stephen (Rebecca), Megan (Andre) Varghai, Jacob Sorenson, Grace, Joseph, Rachel Sorenson, Thomas and John Francis; precious great-grandfather of four; cherished brother-in-law to Francis (Rita) Gorman and Patrick (Sharon) Gorman, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Peter proudly and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and the Korean War. He worked for 30 years at Wisconsin Steel Mill and over 20 years at M & O Insulation. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Peter may be sent to Disabled American Vets, American Legion or Veterans of Foreign Wars. Funeral Services 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Opyt Funeral Home, 13350 S. Baltimore Ave., Chicago, IL 60633 to St. Florian Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass.
