Kollintzas, Marianna Age 67, a resident of Plainfield, IL and longtime of Naperville, IL, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2017 at Edward Hospital. She was born on March 23, 1950 in Tripolis, Greece. Marianna is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, George Kollintzas; her loving children, Dino (Tracy) Kollintzas and Christina (Sotirios) Pavlis; her cherished granddaughters, Mia Kollintzas and Yana Pavlis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Demitrios and Christina Petrohilos and her brother, Tony Petrohilos. Our dearest Mama, our love, your spirit is forever etched into our hearts and into our souls. May your memory be eternal in the light of our Lord's loving caress. Always loving with every essence of your being, may your generous soul rest peacefully with those that cherished you. Farewell our love, till we meet again. For those who prefer to leave a lasting tribute to Marianna's life, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Visitation will be Monday, July 10, 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Overman-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, corner of Routes 30 & 59, Plainfield, with Trisagion Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 10:30 a.m. at St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church, 1855 Fifth Ave., Aurora.
