Ken was my first partner in the 018th dist. during the early 70's. We worked for a couple of years on the old Beat 1810. (Also, his side-kick at Mike's). The guy never had a "down" day....whenever I think of Ken, I smile.

I rode with Ken a few times, back in the 18th district in the late 60's. A nice man. He was easy to talk with. RIP

My dearest Elaine, Don, Perlitta and other family members that I never knew....please know that my heart is saddened to hear about the loss of Cousin Kenneth. Distance has prevented my being able to visit and enjoy the company of Elaine & Kenneth as I am in Mississippi; however, I have fond memories of several occasions when they came down to visit family and get away from the city. They both were always so good to my kids as well. Please know that I am with you in my thoughts and prayers during this sorrowful time and keep focused on the Great Comforter. Love,

Spent many a winter day laughing and watching the cubs with Ken at Tramcar Transmission. He was like a member of the family there. He was a great guy and I am sure he is in heaven now playing video poker, and hitting a royal flush on every spin.

Ken was one of three police officers in the shoot out with armed robbers in Mikes tavern in 1970. His courage and professionalism continued throughout his career. Thanks Kenny, you will be missed, Wally
