Grohwin, Mildred E. "Millie" (nee Meissner) Age 81, passed away on May 19, 2015 in Merritt Island, Florida. Beloved wife of the late Chester Grohwin; loving mother of Patty (John) Pleta of Tinley Park, Diane Koenig of Merritt Island, FL and John (Angie) Grohwin of Myrtle Beach, SC; cherished grandmother of Edward Walter Koenig IV, Alexandra Koenig and Jamie Pleta; dear sister of the late Pearl Puchalski. Millie was retired from United Insurance Company and had previously worked as a secretary at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Johnson, Daniel - Lockport  
Johnson, Daniel R. "Dan" "The Most Interesting Man on the Block" Age 68, of Homer Glen, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era where he was stationed in Okinawa. He was an avid motorcyclist, loved cooking and was an amazing carpenter. A dedicated husband, father and grandpa, Dan was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Irene (Johnson) Johnson. Survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Kathy "Bunny" (Kallenbach) Johnson; his two cherished children, Tracy and Erik (Christine Faller) Johnson; his adored granddaughter, Marisa Johnson; his faithful companions, Max and Stitch, and his sister Julie (Ron) Pawlak. Numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends also survive. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS. Pasternack, John - Seymour  
Pasternack, John V. Age 74, of Seymour and formerly of Chicago, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his home. He was born on April 13, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to John Anthony and Eva (Massoth) Pasternack. On October 5, 1963 in Chicago, John married Margaret Wilson. John was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church. From an early age, John collected model trains and over time, he amassed quite a collection of trains. He was a member of the Southern Indiana Model Railroad Club. He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Margaret; son, John Pasternack and his wife Judith of Prospect Heights, IL; daughters, Gayle Albergo and her husband Scott of Elk Grove Village, IL, Courtney Wimmer of Elk Grove Village, IL and Gabrielle Galus and her husband Bill of Seymour. John was a proud grandfather to Brian, T.J., Jason, Jessie, Cody, Jackie, Kelly, Joshua, Bill, Jr., Danny, Kayla and Hunter; great-granddaughter, Olivia. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, May 26th at 1:00 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Cemetery at 700 North River Road in Des Plaines, IL 60016. Reicher, John L. Age 66, of Monee, formerly of Worth, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 20, 2015 at his home with his family by his side. John is survived by his loving family, wife, Sandra Reicher (nee Gabrisko); children, Jennifer (Gary) Mueller, John E. (Kim) Reicher; grandchildren, Josephine and Robert Mueller and Johnny and Joey Reicher.
