Jacobson, Kent D. Retired Sgt. C.P.D., died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Constance (nee Sullivan); loving father of Carol (Frank) Quintana, Greg (Amy) and Robin (Tom) Kelly; proud and cherished grandfather of Constance, Eamon, Sean, Keenan and Jewel; fond brother of the late Jane, (James) Cronin and David (Dolores) Jacobson; a dear friend of many. Proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. Longtime parishioner and volunteer for the Queen of All Saints Food Pantry.
