Looking back through all of these photos is just reminding me how crucial the work we do in the cancer community is. Meredith was so young and had so much of her life ahead of her to have it snatched away. She was such a bright spirit and I miss her more seeing these and thinking her!

I am deeply saddened by this news. Meredith was a brilliant, charming, bright, shining star - always ready with a smile. She gave Phil, Steph and everyone who knew her a million reasons to be proud and happy. I knew Meredith as a college kid - studying law and destined for greatness. She deserved a much longer stay on earth, but I feel that her sweet spirit is still all around us.

I had wondered about Meredith for a number of years now. She came to volunteer with me at NOCC in 2011 and I lost track of her after 2012. I am so sorry I did not know at the time she passed! Much too young! Miss her!

I met Meredith in a group for young adults with cancer 3 and a half years ago when I was diagnosed. She was always so fun, encouraging, strong, loving and kind, even visiting me in the hospital. She took her illness in stride. I am deeply saddened and my condolences for your loss.
