May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Henry and I both came on the job in June 1966 and worked as "Dicks" at Area 4 Burglary and later at IAD.

Henry believed in and subscribed himself to "The Law Enforcement Code Of Ethics" throughout his career.

He was a good family man; a good police officer and a friend.

Mrs Barsch Henry Kari and Steve,

I am so very sorry for your loss and I am praying for peace and comfort for you all at this time. Mr Barsch was such a special man and I am a better person for having known him. So many great memories of the block parties and just growing up with all of you.
I wish there was something I could do for all of you at this time.
