Dorothy Arkauskas Obituary

Arkauskas, Dorothy B. Of Mountain Home, Arkansas. A funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Dorothy passed away July 25, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. She was born July 7, 1920, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Albert and Sadie Paidock Pajauskas. She married Peter Arkauskas and worked as a farmer. Dorothy lived in Mountain Home since 1973, moving from Chicago. She was a member of Alley-White American Legion Aux, Disabled American Veterans, VFW, Lady Elks and enjoyed bowling. Dorothy is survived by her close friend, Russell (Barbara) Weingart of Mountain Home, AR; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Sadie Paidock Pajauskas. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
