Artoe, Delisa Dawn A graduate of the Academy of the Sacred Heart and Northwestern University, where she was a member of the Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Delisa was a life-long Chicagoan and loved everything about the city, the arts and music, Lake Michigan and all Chicago sports teams, especially her Blackhawks. Delisa loved reading and writing and shared that passion volunteering as a nonfiction writing coach at Open Books. Surviving are her parents, L. Robert Artoe of Chicago and Deborah Baxter of Grand Rapids, MI. Private services have taken place. Donations in Delisa's name may be made to Open Books at www.open-books.com.
