Madonna R.N., Joanne M. (nee Stankiewicz) Beloved wife of the late R. Joseph Madonna, Sr.; loving mother of Michael (Gail), Brian (Susan) and R. Joseph "Chops" Madonna, Jr.; proud grandmother of nine; and great-grandmother of eight; she will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service Monday 10:30 a.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th just West of Harlem). Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Rush University College of Nursing, 600 S. Paulina St., #1080, Chicago, IL 60612 would be appreciated.
