May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
Henry and I both came on the job in June 1966 and worked as "Dicks" at Area 4 Burglary and later at IAD.
Henry believed in and subscribed himself to "The Law Enforcement Code Of Ethics" throughout his career.
He was a good family man; a good police officer and a friend.
