Stone, Mamye Ellen Age 77, transitioned peacefully on April 4, 2017 at 8:31 p.m., in the home of her daughter, Shai Bradshaw, in Spring Hill, Tennessee after a 4 month struggle with cancer. Mamye was born on July 18, 1940, in Leland, Mississippi. Mamye loved life and adored her only child and daughter, Shai; her grandchildren, Madison and Olyvia, and her companion of many years, Mr. Newgene Wright. She leaves a host of family and friends to cherish her memory. Visitation will be Saturday, April 15, 2017, 11:00-12:00 p.m. with Celebration Service to follow at Terrell Broady Funeral Home, 3855 Clarksville Pike, Nashville, TN 37218, 615-244-4755.
