I am so saddened to learn of Rev. A. I. Dunlap's passing. I was just trying to find more about his presidency of Kittrell College and came across his obituary. He was a courageous member of the Halifax County (NC) Voters' Movement in 1964-65. My family and I loved him dearly; we send our sympathy to you. He was one of the truly great civil rights leaders.
Our love and best wishes,
