John was one of a kind! He was there for a lot of people weather it was at the race track helping people he was friends with or just there to listen to a problem you had. John could make anybody laugh or turn anything into a fun, happy, exciting time. I enjoyed the times we raced against each other and the times we helped one another out and I will never forget these times! John Finley my good friend I will miss you very much and our friendship meant a lot to me. Thank you for everything and thank you for being you!!! To the Finley family and John's friends my heart and prayers go out to you all!

John was such a great guy. He my best friend and the funnest boyfriend that anyone could have had. Although we only dated for a short time, I felt like I had known him forever and ever. Every time he took me out, it was one laugh after another. And the people we met while we were together thought he was the life of the party. And he was!!! He was my life. He took away all my sadness and made me believe that everything would be better. And it started to be just that. Just by being with him made me feel great. The laughter never stopped with him. He missed his MOM and kids the most though!!! And spoke about them often. I pray now that he has made peace with GOD and is with his mother now. That's what he wanted! May peace be with his family at this time. May GOD bless and keep you. I love you John! And you will always be in my heart!!!

John you were just something else. When I met you and Lisa, my life was turning upside down, but your craziness kept me laughing. I will never forget you and God will have his hands full with you, but in a good way.

We were his room-mates here in oklahoma and he looked peaceful (as if in a deep sleep) when we tried to wake him on Friday morning.
Justin and I still can not believe that our good friend, mentor and father figure has passed on. We miss him so very much and are certain we will meet again one day.
We Love You Johnny Boy!
