Incredible grandfather of Christopher, Ashley, Brittany, Antonio, Melinda, Adam, and Vincent, dear brother of Ana (Efrain), Milagro (Monserrate), Edelmira (Guin), Consuelo (Jaime), Ada and Guadalupe, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Jose Manuel from Utuado, Puerto Rico was well-known within the Puerto Rican Parade Committee as he had several floats that were on display during the parade.
