My Amazing Uncle Timmy,
Though you were taken away from us too soon, you left a mark on everyone you touched that will last a lifetime. There are very few people in this world that you can look at and say "They are a truly genuine person.". You however, were and still are to me the definition of genuine. Every time you walked into a room the mood changed in the most positive way possible. Whether you were lifting someones spirits, giving amazing advice or telling us to relax and have another drink, you somehow made the days better and a little brighter with your presence. Only God knows why he called you home so soon, but I can't say enough how much you will be missed and forever loved. Until we meet again, I love you forever!
Love, Paige

My Dear Sweet Brother,
I realized today that my time with you was precious...a gift for me. You're one of the few people in this world that enriched other people's lives with your generosity, kindness, sincerity and goodness. I remember mom telling us that you were born with an enlarged heart, that's probably why your love and kindness was so enormous!
Tim lived his life guided by very basic principles;
-Be kind
-Listen to people
-Make people feel important
-Family and friends are everything
-Have a sense of humor
-Help the underdog
The world would be a better place if we would carry on just one special trait of Tim's.
Tim you were my rock, my protector, my big brother and I'll miss you more than words could ever explain. You worked so hard for your family and were so tired but kept going, now you can rest Tim. Give Mom, Dad, Patrick and Mary Jo a kiss and hug for me. Rest in Peace my dear brother. Love you forever, Pam

I was lucky to work with Tim for almost 20 years
Tim was always great NCO for his fellow soldiers. I am sure those soldiers that do not know of his death will be greatly surprised when they find out.
My sympathies and prayers go out to Tim's Family.
I was lucky enough to have a former 138th MI Bn. soldier,
Gil Raske, give to Tim's family
all of us who could not attend are heart felt prayers.
I will always remember him as a friendly, outgoing soldier and friend when I needed him.

Tim I cannot believe this has happened and that you are gone. I just cannot believe I will not laugh, and joke, and reminisce about our childhood and our crazy fathers ever again with you. I will miss you so so much. Your heart was so good and you always made everyone around you feel accepted. Just accepted for who they were. Not judged, you just made everyone feel comfortable, and you were always there. I loved that about you my big cousin. You were so special and we will all be lost without you, but I will always always keep you on my heart. You will always be with us. My heart breaks for Maria, Ashley, Tim, Becca, Frankie and Pam and all of your beautiful family and friends. You meant so much to so many people. I send my love and prayers to you all. I am so sad, so sorry. Tim was just the best, I will always smile and feel love when I think of him. Deepest sympathies to all of you.

My heart felt condolences to all of Tim's family and loved ones. Many fond memories from Volvo/GMC. Too often friendhips are remembered by such sad moments. We did not stay in touch, and that is my loss. A kinder man you will never meet. The "Guid" says goodbye; and if fortunate enough to be as blessed as you, hopefully someday it will be hello.

Maria, Becca, Ashley and Tim, my heart goes out to you during this time. Tim was a brother to me, I loved him so much. His smile touched everyone and the room glowed when he was present. Words can not express my feelings at this time. Tim was truly an amazing friend and human being. God bless you my friend. Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on the snow. I am the sunlight that ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush; Of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there. I am here with you.

You and Maria were what people could only dream of having as next door neighbors. The word generous is only a minuscule word to compare what you were to many. You were the guy who was a friend when no one else was. You rooted for the underdog and gave without asking for anything in return. You were a fixer of catastrophes on Partridge Way. Whether it be giving a neighbor a hand in their yard, changing a light bulb or helping when hearts were broken and you needed a hug, ear, or a beer....you did it all Tim, without hesitation....we watched some really great kids grow up on that Street and with your and Maria's help we are all better off for being so damn lucky to call you neighbor, and loyal friend....you were a good egg Tim Knight....and my family will never forget the love the Knight family showed. us....see ya on the other side
